Placement Support

In today’s demanding environment, companies are looking for global candidates with dynamic profiles and ability to identify new growth opportunities. Also the demand of fresh graduates/experience candidate is in rise. But major fear or the challenge being faced is the existing SKILL GAP. And to overcome such situation companies have to invest in both MONEY and TIME.

L2L International provides TRAINED CANDIDATES (through customized training drills) to the companies to close the existing SKILL GAP thereby assisting companies in getting a PERFORMER.

 

L2L Placement Strategy

The Club, based on the Companies/Organizations requirement (so called Club Guests) short lists few potential candidates. These candidates are further made to undergo TRAINING DRILLS before being offered for final placement.

 

Source of Potential Candidates

Club Management has tied up with the following Organizations/Agencies/Bodies to make a pool of highly talented people available for training cum placement:

  1. Indian Army, Navy and Air Force
  2. Border Roads
  3. DRDO
  4. Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates
  5. Colleges/Institutions for campus placement
  6. Various on line placement portals
 

Exposure to Training Structure before Placement

Shortlisted candidates are made to undergo following training course conducted by Club Members before being offered by the Club Management for final placement:

  1. Basic Personality Development Course.
  2. Exposure to few techniques as mentioned in BATTLE OFEXISTENCE (as per Club Guests requirement).
  3. Passing of GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview).
  4. Offer to Club Guest for final selection.

Club Management does not charge for the above mentioned training and is FREE of cost to the CLUB GUESTS.

 

Placement Methodology

Following steps are adhered by the club management before final placement:

Step 1 :    Initiation of requirement by the Company.

Step 2 :    Preliminary discussion between the Club Management and the Company to understand the requirement.

Step 3 :    Shortlisting of potential candidates by the Club Management.

Step 4 :    Training of potential candidates ( as per company’s speck)

Step 5 :    GD and PI ( by Club Management)

Step 6 :    Shortlisting successful candidates as per the merit.

Step 7 :    Offering shortlisted candidates to the Club Guest for final selection.
