Day 1

09:00 to 1100 Relevance of effective Coaching & Mentoring:

Cutting edgecoaching skills and tools, techniques for improving other people’sthinking and performance.

11:15 to 13:00 Learning Based Tools:

Actions to be initiated to start coachingothers quickly and Effectively, promoting Buddy System of feedback mechanism.

14:00 to 15:30Discussion on case study through a live activity by all the participants.

15:45 to 17:30 Facilitating Positive Change:

Exposure to power of MindTraining and Mapping to improve performance, Dynamics ofpositive visualization and its effectiveness.

Day 2

09:00 to 11:00Goal Setting & Positive Habit Building Techniques:

It includes tools and techniques to expose all the participants in effective,shared Goal Setting and relevance of its timely communication to staff.

11:15 to 13:00Various Models and Principals for effective communication as a coach/mentor to the target audience.

14:00 to 15:30Skills for having tough communications.

15:45 to 17:30Improved relationships with direct reports, peers and supervisors followed by ROLE PLAY.
